Our Economic Development Program both promotes community service and boosts local businesses by providing the financial and productional resources they need. Under our partnership with Thriive, FHF offers a unique capital loan equipment program where businesses are given capital and repay their loans through community service. Local businesses can also find purely financial support through our microfinance program. In Vietnam, even relatively small loans make a huge difference for local businesses. Lastly, our Mending Communities Initative trains artisans in Vietnamese craftwork and guides these artists in following a business plan in which their handcrafted goods can be successfully sold.
