Health Initatives

FHF’s Health Initiative aims at providing immediate health services to those who need it today while ensuring sanitary habits and standards for years to come. Our Mobile Clinic Program (MCP) satisfies the short-term medical needs of villages whose inhabitants would otherwise not receive health care.

The Health Initiative through Peer Education (HIPE), on the other hand, trains a select set of youth from villages around Hue on hygienic practices and how to spread the word within their own villages. HIPE’s ultimate goal is to reduce the transmission of bacterial and viral diseases that spread in unsanitary conditions.
